The course is based on the following learning path: from the critical analysis of the current dynamics of innovation to the understanding of the opportunities for technological innovation and emerging research, passing through the management and optimization of the organizational processes aiming not only at generating economic value, but also at providing a positive impact on society and the environment.
The course offers the basic knowledge of economic models and those related to managerial issues.
The course proposes a multidisciplinary approach comparing the microeconomic deterministic model with a managerial model focused on contingencies:
* in the first case to clarify the implications of various market forms
* in the second case highlight the importance of the definition of the organization tool and its management
The expected result: understanding the market dynamics and identifying the most appropriate solutions to manage the business.
The lessons are based on the classroom discussion of individual topics; the discussion is made possible and follows the autonomous previous reading by students
The first part of the programme is devoted to microeconomic topics
The second part of the programme is devoted to managerial topics
