The course proposes the exploration of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies applied to Dietetics. The knowledge related to the validation of tools for the cognitive investigation of the main problems related to Dietetics is developed. The tools for evaluating the results of research in Dietetics are also analyzed

The learning process takes place through the evaluation of the assignments proposed during the teaching period and the discussion of the course content in the final exam, aimed at assessing the level of achievement of the course objectives.
