Teaching consists of laboratory activities designed to put into practice, in concrete case studies, the concepts covered during the master's degree program. Application areas include cultural heritage, rehabilitation, and performing arts.
This course, titled "Cultural Welfare Technologies," consists of three modules that provide students with advanced skills in applying technology to cultural welfare. Students will gain knowledge on how technology can support rehabilitation, sensory interaction, and well-being, with a particular focus on art and culture as tools for health. The course will also explore how technology can be used to design interactive systems and innovative applications in the context of performing arts, as well as how digital media can enhance the experience, sharing, and reactivation of cultural content.
Basic knowledge of human-computer interaction topics (design cycle, development and evaluation of traditional user interfaces, interaction design methodologies) is helpful.
