This course aims to provide basic knowledge of modern technologies for the architectural survey.
The course has as its objective the teaching the most recent technologies in the field of the architectural survey made available today, both as regards the primary moment of the relief that is the phase of acquisition of the data the metric, both as regards the representation and the study of architectural objects, artistic and archaeological heritage.
Lectures (30 hours) and exercises (30 hours)
The course is organized in stages such as:
- Analysis and evaluation of relevant techniques to be used;
- Study of the most appropriate approach in the planning of the survey campaign with care the identification of the cornerstones;
- Creation of polygonal main topographic necessary for referencing of important campaigns of detail;
- Laser scanner execution and creating the main digital database;
- Creation of three-dimensional digital models and extraction of basic geometries for three-dimensional and two-dimensional processed.

- 1 processing evidence screens conducted during the exercises of the course;
