It continues with a description of the evolution of information systems up to modern company resource planning systems that pay particular attention to optimizing the use of resources available in the company. Description of workflow management where one of the fundamental advantages of adopting a Workflow Management System is the automation of business procedures and activities through a virtual and shared work environment that supports the flow of information. Data management is at the heart of the digital transformation of companies, especially in healthcare. Description of the model of the New Health Information System and presentation of Information System such as Electronic health record systems, Electronic Medical Record, telemedicine services, and description of data flows in chemical-clinical analysis laboratories, in relation to the territorial and hospital organization of health. Definition of the National Outcomes Program as an evaluation tool to support clinical and organizational audit programs. TEACHING METHODS Face-to-face lessons. The teaching material treated in the classroom will then be available to students. Students with documented Specific Learning Disabilities or special needs must contact the Teacher and the dedicated Representative at the Department before the start of classes, in order to agree on the specific teaching methods and ensure the proper achievement of the learning objectives and results. The exam consists of a test with 31 multiple choice questions (1 point for each right answer - 0.25 points for each wrong answer). During the examination, the regulations regarding the assessment methods for students with DSA certification or other educational needs indicated by the university will be respected. Students with Specific Learning Disabilities (DSA) or other certified special educational needs will be able to agree with the teacher on the written or oral method, contacting the teachers at least 10 days prior to the exam. They will also be able to benefit from an additional 30% time. ASSESSMENT METHODS The basic elements of matter must be known in order for the exam to be considered sufficient. The exam will verify the effective acquisition of knowledge of all the topics addressed in the course. If the minimum objectives of the course are not achieved, the student will not pass the exam.
