The course is divided into two modules:
- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT LAW
- PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
The course aims to provide students with advanced knowledge in the field of fundamental rights and environmental law, adopting a supranational and comparative perspective.

At the end of each module the relevant exam must be taken, for the details of which please refer to the individual module sheet. The overall result is recorded only after having taken the exam for both modules and the grade is equal to the average of the grades of the exams of the two modules.
