The integrated course illustrates the theoretical and practical bases of motor and sports activities and offers methodological and didactic ideas useful for an initial orientation in the various fields of professional intervention. Through the alternation of theoretical moments and practical experiences (ATP), motor activities and sports activities in an aquatic environment are presented.
The educational objective of this teaching is to provide the basic knowledge relating to the methodological and didactic approach of motor and sports activities, which can then be applied to various contexts (both in the gym and in the swimming pool).
