LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims at giving the basic mathematics necessary for the scientific language. Therefore the student is supplied with the capability of handling calculus, algebra and geometry.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Written and oral

ASSESSMENT METHODS

During the course will be conducted 2 mid-term tests to ensure learning, they may replace a portion of the written exam. The exam consists of a written test followed by an oral test. The written examination will be carried out some exercises related to the topics covered in the course, it will not be evaluated only the result but also the conduct and analysis of the result. The oral test will discuss the mistakes made in the written test and will ensure that you have acquired an adequate mastery of the concepts and methods presented in the course.
