AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The aim of the course is to analyze the international rules of the law of the sea governing the different jurisdictional maritime zones, the rights of coastal and flag States, the exploitation of living and non-living resources, the protection of the marine environment, the maritime safety and security. TEACHING METHODS The course consists in 48 hours of frontal lessons. Interactive student participation is encouraged.
