Therefore, it is essential for tourists the knowledge of their rights and for operators the knowledge of their liabilities. The course focuses on the different regulation of the main contracts in the tourist sector. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course analyzes the Italian regulation of the contract of passengers by sea in comparison with other modes of transport, focusing on passenger rights. The course also deals with the main contracts in the tourism sector with particular attention to the cruise contract and the tour contract. TEACHING METHODS The course consists in 48 hours of frontal lessons. Interactive student participation is encouraged.
