OVERVIEW

Course description

The course will provide the concepts, frameworks and techniques useful in order to analyze and implement the strategic decisions. In particular, the focus of the course are the corporate strategy and the corporate governance.

  • The concept of value creation;
  • The concept of corporate strategy;
  • The role of resources and competencies;
  • The fundamentals of strategy implementation: mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic alliances;
  • The strategic process.
