Piccin TEACHERS AND EXAM BOARD GIULIANA DRAVA Ricevimento: Office hours can be useful to students who wish to discuss the material being presented in class or to ask for extra help, seeking clarification. Students can meet with Prof. Drava in her office (Di.FAR. - Dipartimento di Farmacia - Viale Cembrano, 4) all days (Monday - Friday, morning or afternoon), except for public holidays and when exams, lessons, laboratory sessions or meetings are scheduled. Due to the ongoing health emergency, office hours can be held remotely via Teams. It is recommended to arrange an appointment by e-mail (drava@difar.unige.it) or by phone (010-3352112). Exam Board GIULIANA DRAVA (President) MONICA CASALE RICCARDO LEARDI VINCENZO MINGANTI PAOLO OLIVERI PAOLA RIANI EXAMS EXAM DESCRIPTION The exam consists of two compulsory parts: a written test followed by an oral test. Due to the ongoing health emergency, the exams can be held remotely via Teams. More precise indications will necessarily take into account the evolution of the health emergency: updates will therefore be communicated to students via AulaWeb platform. The written test consists in a multiple choice test and it may contain numerical problems. After the correction, the participants can view their test and comment it with the professor. The minimum score to be admitted to the oral exam is 18/30. If the score is LESS THAN 12, students are not permitted to repeat the failed test in the next date, if this falls within 20 days. The oral exam is conducted by two professors of the academic staff; it covers the whole course content and it takes 30 minutes approximately, for an average student. ASSESSMENT METHODS The exam aims to assess: - the knowledge and comprehension of the discipline (test) - the acquisition of a correct scientific language (oral exam); - general and specific problem-solving skills in chemistry (test and oral exam).
