AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to provide knowledge of the fundamental institutions of private law. In addition to the fundamental legal notions, the subject of obligations and contracts, property rights and liability are the subject of particular study. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to provide students with basic notions of private law, with particular regard to the following topics: - Private law in the legal system - The sources of private law - Legal situations and their circolation - Property and assets - The subjects of law - Rights on things - Obligations - The contract in general - Typical and atypical contracts - Tort Law - Market regulation Individual study and active attendance of lectures and training activities offered will allow students to: - Understand and remember the main regulatory provisions governing private law; - Identify, understand, and apply the rules of private law; - Understand the structure and functioning mechanisms of private law, thus becoming aware and critical of the problems of application; - Read and critically examine legislative texts, doctrinal contributions, jurisprudential cases; - Express themselves in an appropriate technical and legal language.
