This integrated course deals with the mechanisms underlying disease processes at the level of causes and mechanisms, from a general point of view and also referred to the main organs and systems of the human organism.
Know the etiopathogenesis of diseases, the pathophysiological bases of the main aspects of inflammation, immunology and immunopathology, the references to the clinical framework of the pathologies of the most important systems and systems, with particular regard to diagnostic conditions based on changes in chemical, clinical, immunological, cytological and parasitotological parameters in the course of diseases for which laboratory diagnosis is an indispensable criterion.

Basic knowledge of anatomy, histology, biochemistry and physiology
The lessons are held frontally and interactions with students will be sought as much as possible. In consideration of the health situation in our country, the lessons can be delivered online, possibly via live streaming.

The exam consists of an oral test and takes place in the presence of the teachers of the course. The interview focuses on the program carried out during the frontal lessons. By discussing various topics, the Commission verifies the achievement of the educational objectives of the course.
At the end of the interview, the teachers of the Commission formulate a final vote which derives from the overall judgment of the candidate.
The mark of 30/30 cum laude will be awarded when the knowledge / skills of the subject are excellent.
In the event of a health emergency, the exam will be conducted remotely.
