OVERVIEW

The professional internship is a training strategy that involves the student's support with an experienced professional and in specific health contexts in order to learn the skills required by the professional role.

Internship learning takes place through practical experimentation, the integration of theoretical-disciplinary knowledge with professional and organizational operational practice, contact with members of a specific professional group.

Through the internship the student comes into contact with organizational contexts and begins to appreciate work relationships, inter-professional relationships, values, skills, work behaviors, therefore it also represents a pre-socialization to the world of work

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

During the internship of the first year, the notions learned during the three-year degree will be consolidated and deepened, and experience will also be carried out in the areas included in the master's degree, but outside the skills learned during the three-year degree. Each student will therefore have to learn the organization of the branches not only related to the degree program of origin, but also those belonging to all areas of the master's degree. We will also begin a path of knowledge of the organizational aspects of the departments of laboratory diagnostic, radiological, audiometric and neurophysiopathological techniques

EXAM DESCRIPTION

The evaluation takes place through the presentation of a written report (project work of the activity carried out) which is summarized in a short presentation in power point format and discussed in the classroom with the internship teacher, the course president, the director of professional activities and of the internship tutor and in the presence of the students of the course.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

Graduates in the class must demonstrate, according to the aforementioned training courses, that they have acquired skills relating to the management of the class and of the whole of the professions pertaining to their own address, to the deontological and ethical assessments relating to their own professional acts and the professional team, to pedagogical technologies and methodologies aimed at the continuous development of the professions of the class, corresponding to the relative professional profile.
