Specific attention will be paid to issues like the economic trends, the economic policies pursued by different governments, the role and the place of Europe in the global economic system. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The main goal of the course is to offer a survey of European economy’s chronological development looking at the main factors of economic growth and at the various regimes that were introduced in Europe during XX century.
