TEACHING MATERIALS | AULAWEB |
To provide, through theoretical bases and project-based learning, knowledge on the design of innovative materials aimed at the design of structures optimized and built using via additive manufacturing (AM) techniques. The module consists of theoretical lessons and numerical exercises of modeling of components and materials and subsequent realization of parts / components using for AM (with filament technique, FFF). Practical applications are foreseen in particular in the fields of mechatronic engineering, the naval industry and yacht design.
This module is focused on the introduction of the materials used for the design with Additive Manufacturing, also related to the development of the group project integrated with the other two modules.
The module is composed of theoretical and practical lessons related to the learning of a modeling software for the development of the group project.
