OCCUPATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
The exam consists of a written test (multiple choice test) and an oral examination to deepen some issues emerging from the written test. The two tests take place on the same day (if the numbers of candidates allow it).
Students with learning disabilities, forms of disability or any special education need are requested to contact the professors at the beginning of the course in order to agree on the most suitable teaching and assessment methods which, with respect of the learning objectives of the course, will take into account specific personal learning modes and provide proper compensatory tools.
The written test will evaluate the mastery of the elements defined in the program, in relation to the expected training results.
This modality was chosen because the written exam guarantees an objectivity of treatment of the students. Multiple choice questions will assess not only knowledge, but also comprehension and analysis. The open questions asked in the oral exam will be formulated in such a way as not to require a merely notional knowledge, but allow students to demonstrate the ability to link theories and concepts, critical analysis, ability to global vision of approaches, as well as terminological mastery.
