AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The aim of the course is to provide tools and methods of camera shot and highlighting limits and strengths with respect to the project to be implemented; ample space is given to digital technology by describing the stages of acquisition, manipulation, and image registration. During the activities provided for this course, the use of the computer conceived as a means of supporting ideas prevails; in particular, the basic notions for the use of photographic retouching software are taught which culminate with the realization of an individual project.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course provides knowledge and skills functional to the deepening and experimenting techniques and photographic language.

The student will face a theoretical and practical path that will lead him to know the aesthetic-expressive foundations (shape, colour and meaning) and the technical methods of using tools for the production of digital and photographic images (cameras, mobile devices, software and equipment specifications). Exercises will be proposed which, through continuous feedback, will lead the student to a conscious use of technical-expressive and critical tools. The goal is to develop skills that allow you to create, motivate and correctly use the photographic image in the different contexts of communication. The aim is also to develop the transversal competence linked to the Ability to learn to learn (Awareness with respect to one's preferred learning strategies, organization and evaluation of personal learning according to what has been understood and learned) through didactics based on cases and problems.
