OVERVIEW

The Seminars are aimed at exploring the most topical issues in environmental and sustainability law, with particular reference to constitutional and comparative public law profiles.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet experts in the field and attend study meetings featuring guests from other universities, Italian or foreign

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

- di inquadrare correttamente le tematiche analizzate nel contesto del diritto dell'ambiente e della sostenibilità;

- di comprendere e analizzare criticamente le visioni politico-ideologiche sottese a ciascuno degli istituti analizzati;

PREREQUISITES

No propaedeuticities are provided. Nevertheless, it is advisable to have a basic background in public law and comparative constitutional law.

Participation in the seminars is a useful complement to attending the "Diritto dello sviluppo sostenibile" course. However, the topics will be presented in such a way that they can be understood even by those who have not taken said course.

TEACHING METHODS

The seminars will be held in-person.

Any slides and materials will be shared through Aulaweb.

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

The seminars will partly consist of lectures delivered by faculty members of the University; partly, they will involve students' participation in study meetings organized with guests from other universities, Italian or foreign.

The detailed program of the meetings will be announced later.

RECOMMENDED READING/BIBLIOGRAPHY

No books are indicated for study. Students should prepare on seminar notes and materials provided by the lecturers.
