Littérature et Intermédialité: roman, cinéma et bande dessinée The course aims to approach the study of literature through the prism of intermediality and remediation, i.e. the passage of works from one medium to another. Some examples of intermedial transposition - from novel to film, to comic strip - of works that have become classics of contemporary French literature will be examined, as well as some examples of contemporary intermedial creation: novels that narrate films or are inspired by film aesthetics, hybridised writing projects.
At the end of the course the student has in-depth knowledge of the history of French-speaking overseas literature, with particular attention to the relationship between literary texts and the geographical and cultural context of belonging. He knows and knows how to use practical methodologies for the analysis and interpretation of the literary text and the dissemination of literary information to a non-specialist public. Can develop a teaching unit aimed at presenting the literary text to a secondary school class.
Adequate knowledge of the French language and the history of French literature. Attitude to the subject, curiosity and desire to learn.
