OVERVIEW

The course consist of two modules: Propedeutical Biochemistry and Biochemistry, and is divided into two parts: a part of lessons in presence and one part, as support of the first, consisting of online classes.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The first part of the course aims to provide the basis of general and organic chemistry to address Biochemistry,  the second part of the course. The aim of this second part is both the acquisition of knowledge about the structure and function of proteins and enzymes proteins as the main pathways of carbohydrate, fat, and protein catabolism.
