OVERVIEW
Representing the Environment and the Territory starts by analyzing the issues that interact with each other, contributing to the study of complex and articulated systems capable of incorporating, reasonably, multiple types, forms and codes, adapting them to the evolution of the territory and pointing to the identification of rules Generative and transformational processes that contribute to a fundamental descriptive task as a structured premise for the planning and evaluation of the territory.
AIMS AND CONTENT
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The module intends to provide the students with the essential tools for the analysis, knowledge and computerized representation of the territory in relation to the natural and anthropic environment.
AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES
Perception, representation, communication in general but, in particular, visual perception, graphic-photographic processing, computer communication.
Theoretical and applied knowledge of space representation as the context of the environmental system and the ability to use the drawing as a tool for interpretation and investigation of the laws governing the formal structure of territorial elements and environmental factors is based. Through the theoretical lessons the aims of the urban relief connected with the Italian historical tradition were introduced through the exhibition of:
Methods and tools for environmental impact analysis and analysis: the relationship between natural environment and built environment, reference mapping, environmental data and the definition of its qualitative values.
TEACHING METHODS
Theoretical lessons and workplace exercises p.c.
The analysis of the territory can be summarized in:
In situ spot inspections: -view of the urban artifacts-photographic photography from the panoramic to the retail
Historical-critical analysis:-historical-iconographic-city-planning research; Cadastral and archive research (projects and project specifications); Bibliographic research
Relief and Cognitive Investigations: Planimetric identification of lots for types and types over the centuries; Landscaping photographic relief carried out by:
1.Collection: The structure as a whole - built and environment. 2. Urban Wandering: The Construction Curtains. Approach phase, through the route and route paths, to capture the main values that characterize the urban fabric in the dimensional relationship of the built-up 3. Close-up: Individual buildings
Relief and Return: Direct and indirect SURVEY; straightening; Architectural metric detail of facade; Detail detail of the decorative façade façade apparatus at present; Chart 1: 50 and 1: 20; Graphic processing; 3D studies of land and housing.
Sofwares: Autoca 2D-3D-Photoshop – SketchUp
SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Methods and tools for environmental impact analysis and analysis: the relationship between natural environment and built environment, reference mapping, environmental data and the definition of its qualitative values.
Methods and tools for urban excellence: reference mapping, qualitative and quantitative data of urban areas, coding systems, critical reading of city center building fabrication (formation and subsequent stages of growth), reading of urban Vegetational setting, cataloging of data and compilation of technical-descriptive synthesis sheets.
The relationship between reading and project.
