At the end of the course, the student will know the principles of competition planning and training periodization to achieve maximum performance at the right time, respecting the characteristics of the athlete characteristics, thanks to individualized programming.
Teaching is based on the Team Based Learning methodology (TBL): learning method based on work in small groups.
