TEACHING METHODS Lectures and simulation of cases drawn from the case law on contracts and civil liability in sports SYLLABUS/CONTENT In the introduction knowledge of the following concepts will be verified: right, legal relationship, legal effects; subjects of law; organizations; Contract: definition and classification; Liability: functions and assumptions.
