Course description
Urban Logistics.
The course studies the mobility of people and goods in cities, and more generally in urban areas, and the role this mobility plays in the city itself. The course highlights the contribution of urban logistics to the quality and economic efficiency of city life, both in terms of production (the most significant and economically valuable production processes are situated in urban areas) and consumption (mobility is a major driver for the use of urbanization economies for businesses and individuals).
