The course consists of two modules:

The course, consisting of two modules of 36 hours each, provides the fundamental tools for understanding the process of technological evolution and digitisation in European Union and comparative law. At the end of the course, students will have acquired legal knowledge, will be able to identify open-ended problems and will develop critical and independent thinking skills.
