OVERVIEW

The class deals with the study of some of the most relevant issues of private law for firms, such as the most relevant commercial contracts, consumer law and business civil liability.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to provide private law concepts that are of particular utility in the business world and which relate to untreated or in-depth topics in the institutional course, with reference to constitutional principles, the civil code, to the most important special laws.

The knowledge of the fundamentals of the private law
