The course aims at introducing students to the main issues of organizational design, human resources management and organizational behavior with regard to shipping and logistics companies
The aim of the course is to provide students with the fundamental theoretical - interpretative keys and the basic tools for analyzing organizational dynamics, human resources management and organizational behavior in maritime transport companies.
At the end of the course, students will be able to know the fundamentals of organizational design, the logic of personnel management. They will know the steps necessary to develop an organizational design and the phases and the main management tools and will be able to use them appropriately.
No prerequistes are requested, excluding business fundamentals
The course is taught in Italian. Forein student are inveted to contact the instructor so to find appropriate references in order to focus the most relevant topics
