The teaching refers the most important institutes of business contract law in his theoretical and applicative aspects
The course aims to provide the fundamental notions of the law of business contracts with particular regard to the new models and the status of the contractors, so as to enable students to evaluate the different contractual alternatives according to the specific contexts. It is divided into three parts dedicated to the study of the sources and general principles of B2B and B2C contracts, to the analysis of the main types of contract, to the in-depth analysis of specific issues relating to fiduciary activities and to the contractual networks of companies. The first two parts also constitute the program for the 6CFU course.
The knowledge of the fundamentals of business contract law. The student will be able to make the choise of the correct business contract to use in the different economic transaction to be regulated

The course aims at offering notions about contract law with particular attention to new models of business contracts and to the status of contractors. The course gives knowledge and conceptual tools to understand traditional and new contractual models in the business world. The goal is to let students to be able to evaluate the contractual alternatives in different contexts. The course is organized in three parts: I) B2B and B2C contracts; II) Types of contracts and their applications; III) Business networks contracts and fiduciary contracts. 9 ECTS refer to the whole three parts (I, II, III); 6 ECTS refer to part I and part II.
Textbooks and teaching materials fo both 9 and 6 ECTS programs are provided at the beginning of the lessons.
