Criminal law and criminal procedure is aimed at understanding what a criminal offence is, which offences the social worker can detect, the ordinary and juvenile criminal process, and the role of the social worker in it.
Mod. 1 covers the discipline of the general part of criminal law (guarantee principles in criminal matters, structure of the offence and the punishment system) and the special part (offences that the social worker may detect).
Mod. 2 covers the study of ordinary and juvenile criminal proceedings and prison law.
