OVERVIEW

The course aims to introduce the main organizational issues through a structured organizational analysis path that allows to understand the context and relationships in which the organizational issues are located and to experiment managerial actions and implications to face them..

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to provide students with the fundamental theoretical-interpretative tools and basic tools for the analysis and design of organizations, both for internal action within companies and from the perspective of organizational consultancy.

The course has the following objectives
- present the organizational perspective of companies
- introduce the organizational analysis process
- support students in the path of in-depth analysis of organizational analysis.
At the end of the course, students who are committed will be able to
- know the organizational variables, their characteristics and methods of analysis
- know how an organization works
- know how to analyze an organization
- understand organizational problems
- communicate them appropriately

TEACHING METHODS

Frontal teaching is used to present the contents; activities are proposed that allow the student to better understand and appropriate the contents.

The course is taght in itaian.

The course develops the organizational design process according to a step-by-step approach aimed at creating the conditions for the adequacy of the organizational structure. It analyzes in detail

EXAM DESCRIPTION

The exam is written and consists in three questions regarding the program

ASSESSMENT METHODS

It will be considered the the consistency of the response, the accuracy and precision of the language.
