Attendance to the course and individual study will allow the student to: Know the anatomy, physiology and kinesiology of the hand and tendons and semeiotics of the median, ulnar, radial nerve Know the problems related to the traumatology of the hand Know the general concepts of rehabilitation of the traumatized hand At the end of the course the student will know: - carry out a specific functional evaluation in hand trauma - develop a clinical reasoning, based on the results of the functional assessment and the identification of objectives, aimed at planning the physiotherapy intervention in the specific area TEACHING METHODS The course consists of theoretical lectures for a total of 10 hours (1 CFU) Students with SLD, disability or other special educational needs certification are strongly encouraged to contact the teachers at the beginning of the course to agree on teaching methods that, respecting the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory instruments. Tendon lesion areas. Types of sockets. The evaluation form of the hand and specific tests. The grade will be mediated with that obtained in the other disciplines ASSESSMENT METHODS The oral exam aims to verify the knowledge acquired relating to the program of the discipline., Will investigate the ability to critically analyze the problems, the clinical reasoning ability of the student in relation to the topics covered and the knowledge acquired Language properties, clarity of presentation, consequentiality of reasoning and analytical capacity will also be evaluated.
