AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims at providing students with theoretical and methodological frameworks for interventions in service organizations, It also aims at developing conceptual maps for the analysis of school and education contexts, and of the psychosocial dimensions implied in traning, consultancy and vocational practices. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims at providing students with theoretical and methodological frameworks for organizational interventions in school and educational organizations, with a focus on vocational actions for life transitions. It aims at promoting skills of demand analysis and change management in in school and educational organizations. At the end of the course, students are expected to: - master conceptual frameworks and methodological issues about interventions in school and educational organizations. - use competencies in analyzing school and educational organizations, and in developing hypotheses of intervention to foster individual, microsocial and macrosocial change - use the analysis of demand in organizational interventions, according to the psychosociological perspective. More specifically, attending students will be able to use the case-based discussion. For attending students, the exam consists of several parts: evaluation of participation during the course, evaluation of group work, evaluation of individual products The exam is oral for non-attending students. Students with learning disabilities, other forms of disability or any special education need are suggested to contact the professors at the beginning of the course in order to agree on the most suitable teaching and assessment methods which, with respect of the learning objectives of the course, will take into account specific personal learning modes and provide proper compensatory tools.
