The main objective of the course is to present how digital technologies impact communication in the current digital era. The course is organized into 2 modules and aims to provide the cognitive tools, methodological skills, and operational abilities necessary to use information and communication technologies (ICT) consciously in the 21st century. Through technical-practical laboratory activities and methodological reflection, the course addresses the evolution of human-machine interfaces, operating systems, computer networks, digital media, web technologies, immersive extended reality systems, and generative artificial intelligence.
The course aims to present the methodologies and digital technologies useful to emerging professional figures in this decade in the field of Digital Communication. Starting from the evolution of human-machine interfaces in ICT, web applications, and audio-video, the course will lead to a better awareness of the impact of Artificial Intelligence in current and future software applications.
