AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Become familiar with basic concepts and tools of mathematics. Become competent in formalising problems in a mathematically correct way by the use of the language of algebra and logic. PREREQUISITES Knowledge of literal calculus at school level and the basic concepts of trigonometry.
