The course is aimed at highlighting the laboratory diagnostics of infections of the respiratory, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, cutis and skin systems. In addition, he discusses the diagnostics of bacterial meningitis (real-time PCR). The main diagnostic methods and techniques for the use of selective and differential media and for bacterial investigation and the use of automated antibiograms are also introduced.
The course is divided into hours of frontal lessons.
