EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Exam: Written + Oral

Written:

  1. One mechanics exercise + one electromagnetism exercise + multiple choice and reasoned quizzes on both parts (mechanics and electromagnetism) Admission to the oral exam requires a written test score of at least 12/30 or
  2. Two partial tests (mechanics: 1 exercise + quizzes. Only one session at the end of the first semester; electromagnetism: 1 exercise + quizzes, only one session at the end of the second semester) Both must be passed with a score of at least 12/30

The candidate can choose to retake the written test (only comprehensive test, see point 1) if not satisfied with the result. However, in this case, the submission of the new paper cancels the previous results. In case of non-submission, the previous score is reduced by 1/30

Oral: The first question is chosen by the candidate on a topic from the course program (mechanics or electromagnetism). This will be followed by other questions posed by the committee.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

Guided classroom exercises.

Periodical Exams.
Total Exam

Oral Test: First question, of the candidate's choice, on a topic from the course program (mechanics or electromagnetism), followed by other questions, of the teacher's choice.
