First day in clinical practice? You are going to see patients with a variety of medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, CKD, CAD, HF or COPD (or a combination of these) and you feel unsure on what to do, which drugs you should be prescribing and how?
This course will enable you to understand, deal with and appropriately manage the most common clinical situations and prescribe or modify treatment as needed.
Compulsory attendance
Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liase and arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning aims and outcomes.

Multiple choice written test (32-34 problems in 35 minutes,1 point for each correct answer, no penalty for errors, Laude will be given whenever total score >30).
The test can also be taken by Remote Web desktop connection should it be deemed necessary by the University of Genoa.
