Mechanics is introduced in the first semester and electromagnetism in the second semester AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course provides the basic knowledge of the phenomenology and the mathematical formulation of classical mechanics and electromagnetism laws AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES We deem the student has achieved the learning objectives when he can solve problems of mechanics and electromagnetism by using the appropriate mathematical formalism. TEACHING METHODS Classes are taken twice a week and they correspond to five hours a week. Lectures and tutorial classes are not formally separated. SYLLABUS/CONTENT Kinematics of the point body.
