OVERVIEW

The training activity consists of a 150-hour internship period at companies in the nautical industry with the aim of putting into practice the theoretical and design skills acquired in the master's degree course.

Curricular internships are structured as follows: the CdS teaching office advertises the internship and work proposals received from companies; students and graduates apply; companies carry out the selection and, once the resource has been identified, create an internship proposal on the University platform: the internship proposal is examined and approved by the academic tutor. During the internship activity, the candidate compiles a register of the activities carried out and at the end, the company tutor and the academic tutor draw up an assessment at the end of the internship. The internship is recorded in the career by the Coordinator of the CdS.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Formative and orientation apprenticeships and internships, as laid down in Ministerial Decree no. 142 of 25 March 1998 and subsequent amendments, are training periods for students, which must only be carried out in offices or organisations in agreement with the Polytechnic School, in accordance with the Regulations published on the site.
