TEACHING METHODS The module is integrated with the design activity of the main course, the acquired knowledge will therefore be applied in the exercise to be carried out. The verification will therefore be related to the application of knowledge through the analysis of the design documents that will be developed SYLLABUS/CONTENT Lessons related to the preliminary/design assessment of the characteristics of the places designed with regard to the conditions of hygro-thermal and visual comfort, as well as the selection of materials and detailed solutions capable of reducing the effects of climate change (in particular heat island and management of rainwater), according to the principles of bioclimatic design for open spaces. The scientific principles and examples of practices will be illustrated with reference to the technical-scientific literature RECOMMENDED READING/BIBLIOGRAPHY the slides of the lessons will be delivered, which will also contain bibliographic references TEACHERS AND EXAM BOARD ADRIANO MAGLIOCCO Ricevimento: outside class time appointment by writing at: adriano.magliocco@unige.it LESSONS LESSONS START https://corsi.unige.it/9006/p/studenti-orario Class schedule The timetable for this course is available here: Portale EasyAcademy Agenda 2030 - Sustainable Development Goals Sustainable cities and communities Climate action
