TEACHING METHODS Classroom presentation. SYLLABUS/CONTENT Some of the current refinery, petrochemical, chemical and metallurgy processes are briefly described. The technological innovations envisaged to achieve decarbonisation and industrial sustainability are illustrated. In particular, the production and use of green hydrogen, fuel cells, batteries for electric vehicles, photovoltaic panels, wind farms, bioplastics, biofuels and hydrogen reduced steel (HRI) are critically discussed.
