The integrated course consists of the modules: Technical Economic Elements for Shipbuilding Yard Organization, Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence. The objectives of the 3 modules contribute to the final teaching objectives with the aim of providing innovative and up-to-date skills with the latest nautical industry requirements.
Ability to analyse and solve complex design-related problems. Basic knowledge of programming concepts and ability to use design software Familiarity with digital tools and online collaboration platforms. Basic knowledge of calculus and statistics. Ability to apply quantitative methods for analysing and solving design problems. Ability to critically evaluate the ethical and practical implications of emerging technologies in design.

The final evaluation of the teaching activities is given by the weighted average of the evaluations gained within the three modules (4 CFU + 1 CFU + 1 CFU for a total amount of 6CFU) that make up the teaching itself. The final exam will not be passed until the student has passed the exam of the three modules modules and recorded the final average.
