The course introduces the botanical sciences applied to architecture and landscape and plant and landscape ecology.
The integrated course of 6 ECTS consists of the modules: Applied Botany in Landscape and Applied Botany in Architecture.

The exam consists of an oral assessment covering the contents of both modules' syllabi.
The oral examination covers the entire program and aims to verify the ability to integrate the various theoretical and practical aspects discussed throughout the year. The interview will specifically focus on assessing learning in general and systematic botany applied to architecture, as well as botany applied to landscape. All topics will be covered during lectures and field trips in both cases.
