    OVERVIEW

    The study of constitutional law is essential for law students and specifically addresses the following topics: the Italian state; the state and the international community; constituent activity and constitutional revision; political direction and representation; forms of government; the system of sources of law; the constitutional organization of the state; the constitutional regulation of fundamental rights; human rights; cultural rights; the rights of political participation; the regulation of social autonomy; economic initiative; the regulation of property; labor and workers' rights; the federal and regional governments; the regional state in Italy; the principle of autonomy; the legislative power of the regions and local authorities; administrative jurisdiction; the form of government of the regions and local authorities; controls; and participation institutions.

    AIMS AND CONTENT

    AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

    The study of this subject aims to teach institutional concepts concerning: the Italian State; the State and the international community; constituent activity and constitutional revision; political direction and representation; forms of government; the system of sources; the constitutional organization of the State; the constitutional regulation of fundamental rights; personal rights; cultural rights; the rights of political participation; the regulation of social autonomy; economic initiative; the regulation of property; labor and workers' rights; the federal and regional governments; the regional state in Italy; the principle of autonomy; the legislative power of the Regions and local authorities; administrative jurisdiction; the form of government of the Regions and local authorities; controls; and participation institutions.
