The course aims to contribute to the development of specific skills related to the role of trainer-teacher in health care so that graduates, as stated in the Manifesto of Studies, are able to organize the continuing education activities of health care personnel in the field of diagnostic techniques and to collaborate with other training institutions for the initial training of personnel.'
Students with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) or with special needs must contact the Teacher(s) and the dedicated SLD Representative at the Department before the start of lessons, in order to agree on specific teaching methods and ensure the correct achievement of learning objectives and results.
Knowing how to formulate an individual professional training plan. Knowing how to design and manage training courses in the professional field, both in the field of basic training and from a life long learning perspective. Knowing concepts and tools of special pedagogy, in order to apply them in professional practice to formulate development plans consistent with the particular educational needs of the recipients. To know and to apply the principles of acceditamento and quality assurance of training programs at vocational training level of basic and continuing education in healthcare.
