OVERVIEW

The course “Organizational and Managerial Models of Complex Healthcare Structures” aims to provide in-depth knowledge of the structure and requirements of complex facilities within the National Health System.

As part of the planning process, it is essential to select and identify objectives and choose appropriate strategies to achieve them. Designing the organizational structure is a core element of management, involving the determination of which tasks must be performed, who should perform them, how these tasks should be grouped, the hierarchy of relationships, and where decisions should be made. The dynamics between the elements of the management process lead to the formation of the organization. Plans, strategies, and strategic objectives form the basis for defining the roles and activities of complex structures. Activities are grouped, and responsibilities are assigned to ensure necessary coordination.
