The course aims to delve into the aspects of psychological interest in physical and sporting activity, both at an individual and group level. Peculiar topics will be examined, including: the analysis and monitoring of psychological responses in training and competition; the correlation between personality and performance etc.
This teaching module delves into the aspects most closely related to the dynamics of sporting activity in its basic and competitive aspects.
The main aim of the course is to provide the student with the main notions of sports psychology, dealing with the fundamental psychological issues relating to individual and team sports.
