The seminar will focus on the topic of access to justice in European Union law.
The aim of the seminar is to provide students with knowledge relating to the topic of access to justice in European Union law.
Particular attention will be paid to the issue of access to justice in matters relating to the protection of fundamental rights and environmental matters.
The seminar will be held through lectures and practical exercises.
Ricevimento: Students can talk with the professor every Monday from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. at Department of Political Sciences, Albergo dei Poveri, western Tower, third floor.
